Welcome to Cedmont 

 "The Heart of the Cedmont Community is in It's Unity"

Founded in 1973, Cedmont's boundaries stretch from the east side of Belair Road & White Avenue to the Baltimore City/ Baltimore County line.  Our community is made up of approximately 1000 residences, consisting of single family and duplex homes.  The homes in our community were built from the early 1900's to the 1950's.  They are cottages, bungalows, four squares, and brick townhomes.
